Production
To strengthen the production team we are looking for a loading/unloading operator.
Description of role
The loading/unloading operator is involved in the handling of incoming and outgoing goods, guaranteeing organisation, accuracy and respect for scheduled deadlines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Load transport vehicles safely and efficiently, optimising the positioning of finished products and their components as per the packing list.
- Perform unloading operations safely and accurately, handling and positioning materials in the dedicated areas.
- Guarantee the integrity of finished products and their components during loading/unloading and handling.
- Collaborate with the work team to guarantee the quality, speed and safety of operations.
- Inform the line manager of any anomalies or nonconformities concerning products or their components identified during loading/unloading and handling.
- Respect safety regulations and company procedures when performing all activities.
Skills:
- Reading and understanding of packing lists.
- Ability to perform quality control checks.
- Accuracy and care in the handling of materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possession of forklift license preferable.
Production
To strengthen the production team we are looking for an assembly worker.
Description of role
The assembly worker is responsible for assembling the components used in sofas and beds, guaranteeing precision, quality and respect for production deadlines. This role is also performed in collaboration with other operators and may involve the use of tools that vary according to the task assigned to the worker.
Main Responsibilities
- Assemble product components (padding, upholstery, other structural elements and accessories) according to the instructions and production specifications.
- Control the quality of components during the assembly phases, reporting any anomalies or nonconformities.
- Make correct use of assembly tools and equipment, guaranteeing order and safety at the workstation.
- Work with colleagues and department managers to ensure respect for established productivity and quality standards.
- Respect company procedures and safety regulations.
Skills
- Manual skills and precision.
- Knowledge of work tools (drills, staplers, manual tools, etc.).
- Ability to read and understand operating instructions and technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Ability to work as part of a team and openness to collaborating with other company departments.
- Flexibility and willingness to carry out different activities in the production area.
