Whistleblowing

Samoa conducts all of its business activities with the utmost professionalism and integrity, in compliance with all applicable laws and the Code of Ethics.
In compliance with Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 (“Whistleblowing Decree”), the company has set up a channel for the reporting of offences, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the whistleblower and their protection from all forms of retaliation.

Reports can be made, also anonymously, by employees, collaborators, suppliers, customers and anybody who comes into contact with the company.
